About the research
Tulane Cancer Center brings scientists and physicians together to turn laboratory discoveries into better cancer care. This bench-to-bedside approach is especially evident in breast cancer research, where scientists studying the biology of the disease work closely with our clinical team caring for patients. Together, they identify important questions and translate promising discoveries into new approaches to prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
Philanthropy is vital to this work, providing resources to pursue promising ideas, generate early findings, build collaborations and accelerate discoveries toward clinical application.
